Good morning 🙂
Let’s start the week with another healthy recipe ! I’ve been on a low carb diet for a while now and I realized that I end up eating chicken for most of my lunches.. This recipe is super quick to make and is a nice alternative for a meal. Also, it’s a pretty versatile recipe since you can pretty much put whatever you’d like in it!
You’ll need :
– 4 eggs
– a pinch of salt and a bit of pepper
– vegetables (i decided to put some of those frozen mixed veggies & capsicum in it. But anything is fine : broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, zucchini, etc)
You can add :
– feta cheese
– ham (I chose to put the leftover chicken I had)
Just mix everything together, put it in muffin forms and let it bake in the oven for about 15mins at 185°C.
And tadaaa, here you have a healthy lunch or even breakfast or snack 🙂

If you follow me on instagram, you’ve probably seen the following picture already, but I just wanted to introduce a few of my favorites ! Starting with this hand and body cream from Victoria’s Secret. The smell, guys, THE SMELL ! It got me addicted ^^ And besides it’s super moisturizing ! I tend to always be doing something on my phone when I’m walking outside, which leaves my hand quite dry after a day out, so a good hand cream is a must have for me !
I recently got myself this lipstick from Dior called ‘Rouge Dior Baume’ which is basically what a lipstick and a lip balm would have if they made babies. Understand, nicely tinted and moisturizing, perfect for cold days, because chapped lips are a no-go !
And finally, a blush from Lancôme. I owned until now only a peach colored blush (which I love) but I’ve been looking for a pinkish and lighter blush for ages ! You know, that kind of blush that makes you look like you just came from a walk outside and it was a bit windy, something natural looking and now too overwhelming with its color. And I have to say, that one made me fall ‘in love’, as the packaging says 😉 I’ll upload pictures soon, stay tuned 🙂

I’ve discovered this recipe a while ago on Cassie’s blog, but I thought I’d share it with you ! It makes a wonderful breakfast or healthy snack, and it’s super easy to make.
You’ll need :
– 1/4 cup oatmeal
– 1/2 apple (chopped, I personally grate it)
– 1 whole egg
– 3 or 4 egg whites
– 1 scoop (=30gr) vanilla protein powder (I used my chocolate-hazelnut whey protein powder
– a bit of cinnamon
You’ll then just need to mix everything, pour some of it in a fry pan on medium heat and cook it on both sides until it gets slightly brown.
And it has just 342 calories, 39gr of proteins, 28gr of carbs and 7gr of fats.

Today’s a rainy day, so what’s better than starting it with breakfast in bed ?!
I’m off to my student duties : some studying and then gym ! I’ll hopefully get time to do some (overdue) shopping so stay tuned for my little haul 🙂

Start your day with a big glass of water : it cleans your body from the toxines that have accumulated during the night and it gets your metabolism started 🙂
